Yes, all our doctors are fully accredited by the Ministry of Health, Malaysia and are well experienced in general and emergency medicine.

Our medical team is proficient in multiple languages, including English, Malay, Mandarin, Tamil, Russian and other major languages to better serve our diverse patient base.

6. How long does it take for a doctor to arrive after a request is made?

Typically, a doctor will arrive at your location within 45-60 minutes after the request is made. However, arrival times may vary slightly depending on traffic conditions and your location’s distance from our centers in Mont Kiara, Setia Alam, and Langkawi.

7. What should I expect during a home or hotel medical visit? 



During a visit, our doctor will assess your medical condition, discuss symptoms, and provide treatment as necessary. This may include prescribing medication, performing minor procedures, or recommending further medical follow-up.

8. How do I pay for the services
?

We accept various payment methods including major credit cards, online transfers, and cash. You may also choose to be billed directly to your hotel room, subject to agreement with participating hotels.

9. Are there any hidden fees?

No, there are no hidden fees. You will be billed based on the doctor’s consultation and any costs associated with medication or medical procedures performed.
